15" Snare Drum for smaller model/ bass pedal in Richmond, Prince Edward Island

Hi - looking to trade my brass Dixon 5x15"snare (in good condition - skin a bit tired; $160 new) for another just a bit smaller 14" ? in good condition. I'm looking to use a smaller case. Also looking for a cheap (very cheap), but working bass drum pedal. If you have a cheaper snare and a pedal - that would also work.Not a hot-shot drummer, only play at seniors' residences. Thanks.
